  If prior to making reservation, you will have to contact the tour operator directly.

• I am unsure of, or I can not find the pickup location?

  Refer to your original reservation confirmation email and reach out to the tour operator per their instructions.

• How can I get a copy of my receipt and / or itinerary?

  Your receipt and itinerary should be your included as part of your confirmation email. Contact tour operator if you need further assistance.

• I am having difficulty with booking my online reservation and I may have lost my confirmation email !

  Please reach out to the tour operator to help you complete your booking, or to request that they resend your confirmation email.
